Managing a project can be a tricky thing to do. Before working with a client you must be sure that they are aware that many problems can affect the time line and effort required to finish a project. A recent article by Ken Hardin on the TechRepublic web site list advice that any consultant should consider before working with a client. Hardin’s advice includes things like creating a expectations sheet with the client, and making sure that the client can deliver the resources necessary to complete the job.
