Gmail Users Should Expect No Email Privacy, Google Says

A lawsuit has been filed against Google by Gmail users for Google’s practice of scanning e-mails. Google claims that users have agreed to the scanning when they agreed to their terms of service. The practice of scanning is used to target advertising to each Google user. John M. Simpson has advised that if Gmail users to use a different e-mail service if they do not approve of their e-mails being scanned.
