Also palm friendly, elbow friendly, etc. According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple explains that actual fingerprints are not stored within the phone, only fingerprint data, which indicates that anything with a fine, skin-like pattern could be used to record a print. This feature could boost security for the average user?s settings of a weak password or no password at all. However, it should not be used by individuals or organizations seeking a true, enterprise-grade security system.
