The Giant Six, the biggest tech companies in the world, are standing up to the NSA. Apple, Facebook, Google, Aol, Yahoo, and Microsoft, who normally want to tear each other to bits, have co-authored a letter to the House Judiciary Committee asking for more transparency in the demands the NSA is making of them. The feel the American People have a right to know more about who is spying on them, and why. The letter included support for a bill that would reform the methods and rules involved in bulk surveillance like email monitoring.
