Microsoft’s new performance policy favors collaboration, not competition

Microsoft Corporation has changed their employee review policy that previously encouraged the employees to compete against one another. They have changed their minds to a policy that promotes collaboration rather than competition. They want to make Microsoft a more interconnected work place and to hopefully be more sensitive to market demands and their customers. The policy change is to go into effect immediately.
