NSA Leaks Will Make RSA Confab Prickly

The 2014 RSA Conference (annual meetup of security and encryption professionals) is drawing controversy after Reuters reported that RSA contracted with the US government to create “backdoor” gaps in security software in order to facilitate domestic spying. Reuters cited a leak from Edward Snowden as their source. RSA acknowledges collaborating with the National Security Agency, but denies having any agreements in place to allow for spying.
