Let’s make 2014 the year of training

The new year should be the year that companies really invest in training their employees. Training programs are what help current employees stay current with new developments in their field. If not enough investment is placed in training then employees can fall behind and become a drag on the company. In addition to providing training companies should look into instituting scholarship programs to ensure they have a good pool of hirable future employees.
